Public Hearing on Proposed Changes to Zoning Bylaw
Respond to suggestions that the Town reduce frontage requirement for certain dwellings in Village Residential District,
Exclude crawl and basement spaces from “primary building components” calculation,
Expand number of days permittees are allowed to display temporary signs,
Specify sign requirements applied in Shelburne Falls Zoning district,
Modify setback requirements applied to landscaping and driveways,
Apply permitting requirement for land development activities involving small areas or small volumes of fill, and
Modify related definitions.
