Shelburne lacrosse shootout this weekend

It’s here! The Shelburne Lacrosse Shootout, a weekend of youth lacrosse, will be held this Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3 in Shelburne. Over the course of the weekend, all 250 kids in the Shelburne youth lacrosse program will be involved in games. There will be some exciting action, and the public is encouraged to attend.
The boys in grade 7/8 will host a six-team jamboree at the outdoor fields at the Field House on Saturday morning at 8:45 am versus Mad River and 11:15 am against Stowe. The Stowe game has the potential to have the Northern Vermont Youth Lacrosse League (South Division) title at stake. The boys grade 5/6 team will play Saturday afternoon at the Field House.
On Saturday morning the coed Kindergarten and coed grade 1/2 teams will play at the Shelburne Community School fields. The girls grades 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 games will be played at Charlotte Central School. The boys grade 3/4 will play in St. Albans. Please visit the Shelburne lacrosse website for schedule details.
