At its meeting on April 4, the Development Review Board (DRB) approved a conditional use application from Michael Wurth and Amy Gregory to repair and expand the existing rip-rap along the shoreline in front of their home at 204 Pine Haven Shores Lane and to consolidate three existing lakeside decks into one. Some of the rip-rap in the center of the shoreline wall had been washed out in last year’s flooding and needs to be replaced. They also intend to add another set of boulders above the current top of the structure. In addition, they will be replacing three small decks in disrepair with one slightly smaller deck overlooking the lake.
Next, the DRB approved a final plan amendment submitted by Jerry Fisher for adjusting the boundary lines between Lots 7 and 8 on Northern Heights Drive. The adjustment was proposed to provide more flexibility for the building envelope for Lot 7 because that property has a steep bank. The adjustment also provides space for a hammerhead turnaround at the end of this cul de sac.
The next meeting of the DRB will be held on Wed., April 18 at 7 pm in the Shelburne Municipal Center.
