APPLICATION SUB10-07 Preliminary Plan Application (reapproval request) by Kathy Beyer on behalf of Champlain Housing Trust / Housing Vermont (developers), as well as Margaret A. Dyer and Marvin and Sue Thomas (owners) for Preliminary Plan approval for a Mixed-Use PUD consisting of affordable and market housing in a variety of styles to include apartments, single-family homes, townhouse units, senior housing and a retail/commercial unit. Property at 5059 Shelburne Road is located in the Village Center Zoning District and the Village Design Review Overlay District.
APPLICATION SUB12-02 (Continued) Application by St. Catherine of Sienna Parish Charitable Trust for a boundary line adjustment with the First United Methodist Church of Shelburne. Properties at 30 and 92 Church Street are located in the Village Center Mixed Use Zoning District and the Village Design Review Overlay and Village Core Overlay Districts.
APPLICATION SUB08-04R1 Application by James Bahrenburg for Final Plan approval for a PUD involving two existing vacant lots, proposal would result in the creation of two duplexes. Property at 75 Northside Drive is located in the Residential Zoning District.
APPLICATION V12-07 (Continued) Application by Jerry Fisher for Variance approval to modify the front yard setback for a vacant lot on Northern Heights Drive. Property is in the Rural Zoning District.
APPLICATION SUB11-07 (Continued) Application by Patrick O’Brien Development LLC on behalf of Rice Lumber Co. for Preliminary Plan approval to subdivide 46 acres into six commercial lots and four residential lots. Properties at 4484, 2055, 4188, and 4190 Shelburne Road are located in the Mixed Use Zoning District.
