I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all those who participated in the Memorial Day Ceremony, 28 May 2012 on the parade in Shelburne. Everyone did an outstanding job from the beginning of planning, through some rough spots, to the conduct and most successful conclusion of the ceremony. Once again, it went off without a hitch. I am not going to name all those who were responsible for the tremendous success of the event for fear of leaving someone out. I do not want to do that. Again, I just want to say thank you for all your efforts, time and dedication. I especially want to thank those in attendance for joining us for such a special day, even when threatened with dark clouds and rain, and finally some direct sun. Thank you very much.
