DR12-06 – Kevin & Linda Riell, 836 Falls Road, Exterior renovations and addition of a 5’ x 13’ front porch

APPLICATION V12-07 (Continued) Application by Jerry Fisher for Variance approval to modify the front yard setback for a vacant lot on Northern Heights Drive.  Property is in the Rural Zoning District.

APPLICATION SUB11-07 (Continued) Application by Patrick O’Brien Development LLC on behalf of Rice Lumber Co. for Preliminary Plan approval to subdivide 46 acres into six commercial lots and four residential lots. Properties at 4484, 2055, 4188, and 4190 Shelburne Road are located in the Mixed Use Zoning District.

APPLICATION SUB08-04R1 – Application by Civil Engineering Associates, on behalf of HS, LLC for Sketch Plan approval for an 8-lot residential subdivision.  Property at 1140 Webster Road is located in the Residential Zoning District.
