Consider plans for the construction of the continuation of the Webster
Road multiuse path and authorize staff to proceed to construction.*

Consider agreeing that if the Pine Haven Shores Homeowner’s
Association upgrades Pine Have Shore Road to the specifications as
Agreed with the Town, the Selectboard will accept the improved
portion of Pine Haven Shore Road as a Town Highway.* (5 minutes)
Consider designating $28,000 in the 2011-12 General Fund balance “assigned” category to replace the roof on the Fire Station budgeted for 2011-12 but scheduled to be completed after July1, 2012.*

Consider allocating $19,600 of the FY 2011-12 General Fund balance
(FEMA funding) to the “Restricted” category for the federal/state
grant revenues received but not spent as of June 30, 2012 for the
purpose of repairing flood damage to Harbor Road.* (5 minutes)

D. Consider a sewer allocation in the amount of 168 gallons per day for
the day care facility of Heather and Peter Friedrichsen at 84 Green
Hills Drive.* (5 minutes)
Consider approving action by the Town to pursue enforcement of a
violation of the Zoning Bylaws by Marcos Llona at 141 Pinehurst
Drive.* (20 minutes)
Consider approval of a Capital Improvement Refunding Note with
Peoples United Bank in the amount of $28,600 for a term of one year
and an interest rate of 1.95% to refinance a Wastewater Department
generator.* (5 minutes)
Consider setting the interest rate for the late payment of property
taxes at the current rate of 0% for the first month of delinquency and
1.5% per month thereafter.* (5 Minutes)
