DR12-06 – Kevin & Linda Riell, 836 Falls Road, Exterior renovations and addition of a 5’ x 13’ front porch

DR12-08 – Precourt Investment Co., LLC, 15 Shelburne Shopping Park, Replacement entrance sign for shopping center

APPLICATION SUB12-02 Application by St. Catherine of Sienna Parish Charitable Trust for Final Plan approval for a boundary line adjustment with the First United Methodist Church of Shelburne.  Properties at 30 and 92 Church Street are located in the Village Center Zoning District.

APPLICATION CU09-20R1 Application by Engineering Ventures on behalf of Patricia Fontaine Rev. Trust for Conditional Use approval to construct a retaining wall and other structures along the shoreline.  Property at 291 Ordway Shore Road is located in the Rural Zoning District and the Lakeshore Overlay.

APPLICATION SUB12-01 Re-opening of the application by Jerry Fisher for Final Plan Amendment to modify the boundary between two vacant lots and Northern Heights Drive.  Properties on Northern Heights Drive are located in the Rural Zoning District.APPLICATION SUB12-03 (Continued) Application by Civil Engineering Associates, on behalf of HS, LLC for Sketch Plan approval for an 8-lot residential subdivision.  Property at 1140 Webster Road is located in the Residential Zoning District.

APPLICATION SUB11-07 (Continued) Application by Patrick O’Brien Development LLC on behalf of Rice Lumber Co. for Preliminary Plan approval to subdivide 46 acres into six commercial lots and four residential lots.  Properties at 4484, 2055, 4188, and 4190 Shelburne Road are located in the Mixed Use Zoning District.
