Garden heroes at New Village Farm

Children learn how to be garden heroes by saving spiny cucumbers from the cucumber beetles at a potluck dinner on Wednesday, July 11 at New Village Farm in Shelburne.  Although it wasn’t easy to catch the beetles, participants did nab quite a few and were proud of their accomplishments.
