Public Hearing: Proposed Changes to Zoning Bylaw

-modify design review standards applied to Commercial PUDs and Mixed-Use PUDs located in the Mixed Use Zoning District,

-require the DRB to seek input on certain design issues from the Historic Preservation and Review Commission prior to reaching a decision on applications for Commercial PUDs and Mixed-Use PUDs located in the Mixed Use Zoning District, and add a definition in support of the changes outlined above

Open to the public Brief individual comment on subjects not included on agenda
