Summer Manhattan Cocktail at The Spot
Bartender: Jacob Smith
Recipe: In an iced cocktail shaker mix 2.5 oz bourbon or whiskey, 5 oz sweet vermouth, .5 oz orange juice,.5 oz pineapple juice, splash of cranberry, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Shake and pour over ice into a tall (Collins) glass. Garnish with lemon twist and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
Blackberry Mojito at The Inn at Shelburne Farms

Recipe: 6-8 mints leaves, 8-10 medium blackberries, white rum, simple syrup, lime juice, club soda, lime slice for garnish

Recipe: Muddle together fresh mint, basil, lime juice, and agave juice in cocktail shaker. Add cucumber vodka and ice. Shake. Add seltzer. Garnish with lime and mint. Yum!

with a refreshing splash of mixed juices, and a flaming volcano of 151 rum, replete with umbrellas (no SPF needed!)
