Marco’s Pizza

Marco’s does not only serve pizza. They also have some great tasting chicken wings. Manager Mike Poirier says the deep fried chicken wings are made with fresh, never-frozen chicken and never have batter to gum up the works. They’re all chicken!  These best-selling wings fly out of the restaurant in your choice of four different flavors: mild, medium, hot, and BBQ. Each order comes with either ranch or blue cheese dressing for $6.95.

Light up your taste buds with Alison Livengood’s Electric Lemonade, $9

2.5 oz  Stoli Blueberry
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Topped with splash of Prosecco

Shake all ingredients except the Prosecco in martini shaker. Pour into martini glass. Top with splash of Prosecco. Garnish with lemon or twist.

Shanty on the Shore

What could be better than fresh oysters at our favorite downtown seafood restaurant? Shanty on the Shore’s featured appetizer is oysters on the 1/2 shell. That’s six fresh blue point oysters on the 1/2 shell served with house made cocktail sauce and horseradish. Yummy and healthy to boot.

Refresh your sluggish summer self with Manager Nick Bruno’s featured summer cocktail.

Sour Cherry Mojito, $8

2 parts Mount Gay Silver Rum
1 part Grapefruit Juice
1 part Sour Mix
Splash Club Soda
3 Maraschino Cherries
Mint Leaves
2 Lime Wedges
2 Raw Sugar Cubes
1 Cherry Lime Flag

Muddle cherries, mint, sugar cubes, and lime wedges in a pint glass. Fill with ice. Add rum, grapefruit juice, and sour mix. Shake vigorously. Top with club soda and garnish with the cherry lime flag.
