Lilly Creek Lane development approved

At its meeting on Sept. 19, the Development Review Board (DRB) gave final plan approval to an application for an eight-lot subdivision off Webster Road to be called Lilly Creek Lane rather than Lillywood Lane as originally proposed.  Civil Engineering Associates, acting on behalf of the owners, worked with neighboring residents, environmentalists, and town entities to resolve issues and ensure protection of the Munroe Brook watershed.  This new cul-de-sac will be southwest of Boulder Hill Drive and bordered by Old Stage Lane on its western boundary.

The DRB also approved three shoreline stabilization projects at 340 Clearwater Drive, 380 Lands End Way, and 395 Ordway Road, and gave design review approval for roof repairs and alterations, replacement gutters, new fencing, and a sign reading “In Good Hands Therapeutic Massage” as requested by Colm and Trishia Thompson for their home at 245 Marsett Road.

The next meeting of the Development Review Board will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 7 pm in the Municipal Center.
