Neighbors celebrate rich history

On Saturday, Sept. 22, about 50 neighbors gathered to celebrate their Shelburne neighborhood of Meadow Lane, Timber Lane, and Hillside Terrace.  One resident of 35 years remarked, “We used to know our neighbors through our children who are now grown, but have lost touch over the years.”  It was a wonderful day for sharing stories and great food. Thanks to the Vermont Tent Company’s donation, the neighbors were able to continue the festivities despite the late afternoon rain.  Photo by Wyatt Christman
