Writer’s Barn has new offering

Popular South Burlington creative writing instructor Sue Roupp has added a new offering to the fall workshop calendar at The Writers’ Barn at Wind Ridge Publishing on Falls Road. The two-part workshop, titled “Write Your Life in 8 Lines, 24 Words” will be held Nov. 12 and 19, from 6-8 pm. Roupp will provide a series of writing prompts designed to elicit memories of the past. Participants will then narrow their collection of life stories down to a powerful and sharable eight lines and 24 words. Roupp—a teacher, actor, public speaker, and award-winning poet—describes the workshop as a creative early holiday gift for any writer on your list.
