Shelburne resident Geebo Church’s artwork featured
Black Horse Fine Art Supply will feature the artwork of Champlain College art professors Geebo Church, Jill Madden, Marc Nedal, Toni-Lee Sangastiano, and Bob Selby. Black Horse owner John E. Bates, an alumi of Champlain College, convinced the professors to exhibit their work outside the classroom setting. The group exhibit will be on display through Nov. 24.
The exhibit highlights works in oil, acrylic, on paper, canvas, and linen, including photoemulsion and drypoint etchings on paper. Each artist brings their own unique style to the group exhibition featuring their mastery in application and artistry.
The artists will be at Black Horse Fine Art Supply on Friday, Nov. 2 from 5 to 8 pm during the First Friday Art Walk.
A retail warehouse catering to local area artists and cliental through the United States and around the world, Black Horse Fine Art Supply was established in 1998. Black Horse is located at 277 Pine Street in Burlington and is open Monday through Thursday 10 am-6 pm, Friday 10 am-5 pm, and Saturday 10 am-3 pm.
