The Festival will be held at City Hall in Burlington on Saturday, Nov. 24, 10 am-6 pm and Sunday, Nov. 25, 10 am-5 pm on all three floors. “The purpose of the show is to promote both established women artisans as well as to showcase some new artists,” Humphrey commented.
