This year, Lund is expanding its holiday giving program. “Our families are in need of essential items throughout the year, not just around the holidays. This year, we are hoping to receive enough items so that our families have gifts to open during the holidays, but also so that we can continue to support them throughout the year,” said Barbara Rachelson, Executive Director of Lund, “We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of community support for the women, children, and families that Lund serves.”
Lund requests the community’s help and asks people to give generously this holiday season. New items that are needed include arts and crafts supplies, children’s books, board games, toys, stuffed animals, household and toiletry items, baby supplies, and children’s clothing. For a complete list of items, please contact Amy Cronin at email@example.com or (802) 448-3617.
For health reasons, Lund can only accept new, unwrapped gifts. Gifts may be dropped off at 50 Joy Drive in South Burlington from 8 am to 5 pm or at Starbucks on Church Street in Burlington on Wednesday, Dec. 5, Friday, Dec. 7, and Wednesday, Dec. 12.
