St. Michael’s senior Dan Evarts of Hinesburg netted his first ice hockey goal of the season on Friday, Nov. 30 against Castleton State College. The Purple Knights lost 6-3 in Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) action.

Champlain Valley Union field hockey players Jenna Cloutier and Robin Powell were named to both the Vermont Twin State Team and Metro Division Coaches’ All State First Team. Evangeline Dunphy and Olivia Loisel received Second Team honors while Katie Arms and Emily O’Brien earned Honorable Mentions.

CVU football players Harvey Ottinger and Alec Distler were named to the Burlington Free Press first team.
