Terry Paquin of Shelburne was honored for her 30-year employment at the Visiting Nurses Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties (VNA) at its 106th Dinner and Staff and Volunteer Recognition event on Nov. 8 at the Doubletree Hotel in South Burlington. Over 190 staff, volunteers, and friends of the VNA gathered to honor their colleagues and friends at the yearly celebration.
Paquin began her career as a home visiting physical therapist. After many years of direct care service, she became the therapy team leader where she excelled in team management, recruitment, retention, and client and staff satisfaction. Paquin is now the Director of Adult Home Care, the VNA’s largest service division. Pat Donehower, Vice President of Clinical Services, describes Paquin as, “… a consummate professional. We are enormously glad to have Terry within our leadership team.”
