Bring your mother or daughter to YMCA Camp Chingachgook for the weekend of May 3-May 5 to enjoy a memorable weekend of fun. Get the chance to play together and try activities like hiking, canoeing, making crafts, challenging yourselves on the ropes course, learning archery, and more. The weekend begins with dinner on Friday and ends with lunch on Sunday.
The price for Mother-Daughter weekend is $140/adult and $123/child for YMCA members; $150/adult and $133/child for non-YMCA members.
The YMCA camp’s 200 acres sit on the quiet east shore of Lake George and are cradled by the Adirondack Mountains. Sleep in rustic and comfortable cabins—throw on your bedding and pillow and you’re set for a good night’s sleep at the base of Buck Mountain.
Chingachgook, a branch of the Capital District YMCA, is a year-round center that welcomes groups for retreats, team building, company picnics, school environmental education, family program weekends and reunions, and sailing lessons. The historic co-ed children’s camp and teen adventure programs dominate the summer months.
