Learn how to use Listen Up! Vermont, Freading, and IndieFlix. The program is free. Bring your own iPad, Nook, Kindle, computer or other device you use for this purpose. Don’t forget your library card. If you don’t have a library card yet, do stop by with proof of Shelburne residence and we will be happy to sign you up.
Tumble Book Library for Kids: eReading isn’t just for adults. In fact, the younger generation seems to be far more adept at it than their parents! We have an eResource just for kids: go to www.PiersonLibrary.org, click on Children’s Room and find out about the Tumble Book eLibrary for kids. It includes story books, read-alongs, videos, puzzles & games, language learning, and non-fiction materials. Take the Tumble Pad Virtual Tour and try it out.
