Herrmanns’ Royal Lipizzan Stallions will perform in Vermont for the first time in seven years at the Orleans County Fairgrounds in Barton on Aug. 9-11 and 23-25. There will be one show per day. Friday’s show will begin at 5:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday’s shows will be at 3 pm. The gates open two hours before show time.
The Stallions arrive at the fairgrounds on Tuesday the week of each event, and their barn areas are open between 9 am and 3 pm on non-show days for public viewing free of charge.
Tickets will be available at the gate on show days — children under 6 years old are admitted free; ages 6-12 and senior citizens (62+) are $8 and regular admission is $10 per person.
The Fairgrounds is located at 278 Roaring Brook Road in Barton just off I-91 Exit 25. There is plenty of free parking. Bleacher seating will be available or bring a lawn chair. For more information, visit www.orleanscountyfair.net.
