Dr. Santulli is Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and Director of Geriatric Psychiatry at Dartmouth–Hitchcock Medical Center. He is Director of the Dartmouth Memory Clinic, and serves as psychiatric consultant to a number of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities in New Hampshire. He is the Founder and Medical Advisor of the Upper Valley Memory Café, in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Director of Dartmouth TALES (The Alzheimer’s Learning Experience for Students), an innovative program which pairs Dartmouth pre-medical and medical students with persons with Alzheimer’s disease, for a year-long experiential learning activity. He is editor of the Dartmouth Memory Handbook; author of The Alzheimer’s Family: Helping Caregivers Cope, and co-author, with Kesstan Blandin, PhD, of the forthcoming book, The Emotional Journey of the Alzheimer’s Family. He is the author or co-author of numerous publications in the medical literature on Alzheimer’s disease, among other topics.
