At a short meeting on Sept. 18, the Development Review Board (DRB) approved two applications. The first was a boundary line adjustment between properties owned by Peter Swift and Lola Van Wagenen, and George Burrill at 211 and 80 Ordway Shore Road. The application transfers .26 acres from the Swift property to the Van Wagenen/Burrill property. The second application was for a change of use from residential to business/professional offices for the primary structure and to change the use of an accessory structure from retail to business/professional offices at 53 Falls Road on property owned by Pill-Maharam Architects. A third application, a request by Robert Thomas for the expansion of an existing building envelope to allow for an outdoor patio and stairs at 135 Aspen Circle, was continued until the Board of the Home Owners Association authorizes the project.
The next meeting of the DRB will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 7 pm in the Municipal Center
