The annual Christmas Bazaar at the Shelburne United Methodist Church will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 am-2 pm. This year, as in years past, there will be handcrafted merchandise for sale from local craftspeople including quilts, lotions and soaps, hand towels, jewelry, pottery, redneck ornaments, and much more. Also featured will be fair trade products, a gently-used sweater table, a plant table, a Christmas re-sale shop, greeting and notecards, just to name a few. Come ready for a great assortment of holiday gifts.
The wonderful baking talents of the church’s congregation will be for sale too; a tasty array of pies, cakes, cookies, breads and lots of other holiday goodies will be available for purchase!
A silent auction of unique gifts donated by crafters will be featured again this year. Begin your shopping with coffee and donuts, followed by a luncheon of soup, sandwiches, and beverages beginning at 11 am.
The church is located at 30 Church Street, on the corner of Rte. 7 and Church Street in Shelburne. For more information, contact BettyJean Bogue at 985-3981.
